Pittsburgh, PA – December 6, 2023. Clinical Research Strategies, LLC (“CRS”), a Pittsburgh-area-based, US-owned and operated contract research organization (CRO) and executive management consultancy for the life sciences industry is pleased to announce the addition of Anna Carpio, Clinical Research Associate (CRA), to the firm. Ms. Carpio earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology Cum Laude with Honors in 2023, from the University of Pittsburgh, and established an interest in neuroscience research with brain injury patients. In her free time, Anna loves to play soccer, weightlift, and try new recipes. In her last year at Pitt, she was the president of the recreational soccer club.

“Ms. Carpio is a great example of a new graduate whose professional interests are to enter the life sciences sector knowing what challenges lie ahead in the industry, including with artificial intelligence and machine learning,” says Alethea Wieland, CRS President and Founder. CEO, David Link, MBA adds, “We are excited that Anna joins us at a time of significant transformation in decentralized clinical research and regulatory reform, and look forward to mentoring her team relationship and leadership skills.”
